What protein supplement, shake, powder, mix. do you recommend?

For a 14 year old turning 15 in a month. I feel really skinny compared to my friends I wanna build muscle. What is a good protein supplement that doesn't make you fat if there is such a thing.

However, all such supplements will make you overweight if you do not exercise, as lots of them are built with ';designer fats'; in them. Designer fats are fats manufactured so they are broken down into muscle much easier.What protein supplement, shake, powder, mix. do you recommend?
Either Muscle milk or Cytogainer, its a straight protien blend (different kinds mixed together) with glutamine and such, just make sure you work out while taking it...


PS diet is everything in changing your body, you cant put bad gas in a car and expect it to go faster, same goes with your body
no supplement should be available for 14 year old. if u re having problems with your weight u consult a school doctor
my fiance does the whey protien and works out after that, from the time i met him from now he has built alot of muscle...i would look in your nearest vitamin store, like GNC or something.
just do 25 sets of 15 push ups each day,,

It's an excellent mass building protein shake. The only thing I would suggest is not to take the entire suggested serving on the label - it says 5 scoops I think, for a total of 60g of protein. I usually do 3 scoops...that's still 36g, more than enough for one serving, and it lasts longer.
