If your near Winnipeg or Brandon, there are many Asian store, I would buy a bag of loose green tea, and for me here in Toronto ON, I have 2 coffee grinders, one for coffee and one for spices, they cost around $20 at Giant Tiger or Walmart, and grind my loose green tea for smoothies, and I use it in cooking, I have made soba noodles with it.
JUst grind a few teaspoons at a time, this keeps it fresher and the flavour will not be stale.Where can I buy cheap Matcha powder?
